Classic glass shape for wines with a more acidic character.  Because their primary aroma is usually well formed, at an early stage, these wines do not need to be “aerated”.  As such, the diameter of the goblet is narrow.  The extended rim allows the tongue to experience the full freshness and effervescence of the wine.

Ideal for mature, dry or mild and fruity Riesling wines or full-bodied, spicy Sauvignon Blanc, or full flavor, gray Burgundies.
